What iF i need to reschedule?
If for any reason you can no longer make your scheduled appointment, please contact me at least 24 hours beforehand via text or email or if you made your appointment online, cancel via the booking confirmation you received. You can gladly reschedule to a time that suits you better by rebooking via online calendar or chatting to me.
Do you offer refunds?
If you’ve prepaid for a Soul or Body Treatment or a workshop and cancel 24 hours beforehand, you get a full refund.
do you accept credit cards?
I’m not able to accept credit or debit cards at this stage, but do accept direct bank payments and cash.
how do i pay if i’m from outside australia?
All prices are in Australian dollars, once you have booked, please reach out and I will provide my bank details for payment.
what if i’m in a different time zone to AEST?
In the online booking tool you’ll be prompted to pick your own time zone making it easy to line up. If in doubt use this tool https://savvytime.com/converter to check the difference between Brisbane time and where you are.
I do my best to be available at times when it works for Europe (usually early to mid morning your time) and the US (usually mid to late afternoon for you depending which coast you’re on.)
how do soul readings fit in with my religion?
None of the treatments are incompatible with any religious beliefs or how you choose to practice spirituality. I’ve treated people from all backgrounds, including a nun who booked sessions for her entire family.
can you tell me what is going to happen in my life?
My work is to help you heal and unlock your soul purpose so that you can follow your own path. I am not a fortune teller.
you mention past lives, do i have to believe in that?
It is irrelevant what you believe about past lives. You have arrived for treatment because you keep hitting obstacles in this lifetime and it’s my purpose to help you clear the path.
How does distance healing work?
The Hermetic Law of Similarity states that: We are all energy matter - a part if a larger whole - and we are all connected. We are more than just our physical bodies; we have emotions, thoughts, and spirit that exist both separately and together with our physical self.
Oneness and connection is not limited by time or space. The whole idea that we need to be in the same space to connect is rooted in the physical realm, not the energetic realm. I am able to connect with your energy remotely in a number of ways:
telephone or video call - audio or visual connection
visualization - I see "you"
simply calling in your energy or guides
The science to explain how our energy is connected is increasingly able to explain what is my own experience of how we are all universally connected.
Maybe surprisingly, it is actually easier for me to read your energy when I’m not in the same room. To have an effective remote/distance healing session all you need to do is find a quiet, distraction-free spot and let me know how it’s best to call you. Phone is currently my preferred way, although I may be testing out video-calling in the near future.
Remote/distance healing sessions are no less effective than in-person ones.
